LangSettings.only property

Two shapes (SPEC §3 C): a language allowlist ['ko', 'en'] (string[]) OR a per-language override map { ja: { validate: … } } (LangOverrideMap). The allowlist restricts the rendered languages; the override map redefines role slots per language.
