resolveAction() function

Resolve an action target from the values a button declares (CURT-081). A DOM element is read by the browser binding: the action is its data-crudui-action attribute, the path the nearest [data-field-path] at or above it and the key the nearest [data-crudui-row-key] inside that path element.
