The fully-evaluated, markup-free description of a list (SPEC §9.3).

columns	ColumnVM[]	Visible columns (declaration order; `design.show:false` columns dropped).
description	string	The translated list description; empty text when none is declared.
design	ResolvedDesign	Resolved list-container design.
empty	string	The declared empty-list text, or the interface message when none is declared.
pagination	PaginationVM	Pagination declaration with the current page and total.
rows	RowVM[]	Resolved rows (one cell per visible column).
sort?	SortVM	(Optional) Current sort declaration, or undefined when none.
